My life begins in the Provençal and aromatic France of my family and my curiosity takes me to New York where, in the form of a rebellious spirit, I change the rules of the game.

My identity is therefore understood from the generational savoir faire of my origins, with all the revolution of the city that never sleeps and that always asks for more.

Two places, two faces and two different moments in my life connected by the same journey towards the constant search for a new way of living and drinking.

Lilou NY Salted Gin is a French juniper gin with the best citrus from the Côte d’Azur, a hint of lavender, exotic kaffir lime leaves and a saline and mineral touch from oysters.

With a dash of je ne sais quoi, salt is an organoleptic catalyst, not an ingredient. It elevates the flavours, gives balance to the acidity and structure to the dryness, very characteristic of this category, giving volume to the first sip and elegance to the glass.

The majestic Chateau de Saint Martin in the Provençal village of Taradeau, surrounded by vineyards and lavender fields, has been the place chosen to produce and bottle this Gin, bringing to life all the essence of Lilou.
