Brix is born as a 100% Agave blanco tequila that pays tribute to the valleys of Jalisco, where surrounded by stones such as the Obsidian and the Tezontle, we were inspired by the elegant black colour of the former for our bottle design and the peculiar flavour of the latter, present in our production process.

Tequila BRIX is presented as the purest expression of agave from the Tequila Valley area, with no additives and with the utmost respect for the traditional process of making a tequila that meets the highest quality standards.

This is a 100% Agave Tequila Blanco with herbal, warm and slightly spicy notes. High minerality characteristic of the volcanic areas of the Tequila Valley.

BRIXº
EL VALOR DE LA MEDICIÓN

They say that what can’t be measured, can’t be improved, hence our obsession with measuring the quality of tequila through the BRIX degrees of its agaves before fermentation.

BRIX is a measure of the amount of dissolved solids in a liquid and is used especially to measure dissolved sugar. The higher the BRIX degree, the higher the percentage of sugar in the agave piñas and the higher the quality of the resulting tequila.

Tequila BRIX focuses on this quality measurement, being one of the tequilas on the market with the highest BRIX graduation in its accessible premium category.
